El 2 de Septiembre, en La Serena, el regimiento Coquimbo (antes Arica) abrió sus dependencias al público civil y ofreció visitas guiadas al lugar. Si bien no nos pasearon por tooodo el lugar, si pudimos recorrerlo de manera tranquila, con explicaciones de los guias, y sacando fotografías sin ningún problema. Lo nublado del día fue lo único en contra.
