Del 21 al 26 de octubre del 2013 se realiza el Campeonato Nacional de Fútbol Femenino, actividad perteneciente a la Federación Nacional Universitaria de Deportes (FENAUDE). Esta actividad se lleva a cabo en las canchas de la Colina el Pino, en la Universidad La Serena.
